Procure direct and indirect materials in accordance with the Company's Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (QCDS) requirements.
Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to strengthen the company's supply chain.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve continuous performance improvement.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against QCDS targets, industry benchmarks, and market competitiveness.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve the best value for the company.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and supply continuity.
Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
Manage supplier risks and support mitigation plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
Support procurement projects, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and statistics to support decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Japanese or other languages are an added advantage.
A proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure; technical or engineering knowledge for supplier sourcing is an added advantage.
